I BOOKED INCLUDING BREAKFAST. BUT I WAS TOLD AT FRONT DESK BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED. IF NEED TO TAKE BREAKFAST, I WILL HAVE TO PAY. I THINK I DESERVE SOME REFUND FOR NOT PROVIDING BREAKFAST

Easy check-in but deposit required. The parking lot requires your room card to enter, it’s well lighted. Room was clean and modern, bed comfortable, wifi worked and shower good. Coffee provided was so-so.

Even though I don't speak French and only one of the staff spoke English this didn't cause a problem. ONLY trouble is the location is directly on a major thoroughfare in Montreal. When I left at 2am to the airport was a breeze.
